At My Mania Wear, we stand behind the quality of our custom embroidered apparel and sublimation drinkware.

Returns for Defective Products

We accept returns only for defective products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our embroidered and printed products, we cannot accept returns on custom orders unless the product is defective or we made an error in production.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective product, we will provide a replacement or refund as described above.

How to Report a Defective Product

To report a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the defect
  • Description of the issue

We will review your claim and provide return instructions if approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds for defective products will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
