Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • With original tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Custom & Personalized Orders:

Custom embroidered, printed, or personalized items are made specifically for you and are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Bulk & Corporate Orders:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery
  • Contact us within 48 hours if there are any quality issues or defects
  • We will work with you to resolve any problems with your custom order
  • Approved samples must be confirmed before production begins

Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is an error in production or a defect in materials or workmanship, we will remake your order at no additional cost.
