Custom & Personalized Orders:
Custom embroidered, printed, or personalized items are made specifically for you and are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Bulk & Corporate Orders:
- Please inspect your order upon delivery
- Contact us within 48 hours if there are any quality issues or defects
- We will work with you to resolve any problems with your custom order
- Approved samples must be confirmed before production begins
Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is an error in production or a defect in materials or workmanship, we will remake your order at no additional cost.
