3XL size surcharge: 3XL shirts are +$4.00 each. For now, add one surcharge per 3XL shirt using 3XL Surcharge — $4.00 per shirt. Example: 4 shirts in 3XL = $16.00 extra. Include 3XL quantities in your "Colors & Sizes Breakdown". Do not add the surcharge separately if your checkout already includes it.
